7 Days till new Halo Maps

Again here I am posting about the new maps. In case you haven' t figured out yet , this is the game to own.
Bungie has released information about Relic. This map looks like it is going to be a great map to play some CTF games on, as Bungie explains in the link, and I can't wait to drive a hog around this map.
Also on the RedvsBlue web page they have posted some videos where they do a walkthrough of 2 of the new maps. You should check it out.
Also there are couple of blogs you might want to check out, here and here.

HAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Ok so I was surfing at work looking for something interesting and this is what I found.
SaveToby

HAHAHAHAHA!!!
The sad part is the money that has been donated!!!

Lego isn't just for kids!

So over the weekend I picked up Lego Star Wars for my Xbox. This is a great game. I have played Knights of the Old Republic I & II and while they both had their qualities, this game blew them away!! Just watching stuff on the screen blow up into different Lego pieces is worth it.
With over 50 unlockable characters that you can go back into the game with access to stuff that only certain characters can get to makes this game a couple of weeks worth of fun.
Too bad its not Live enabled. It would be fun to go online and have a bunch of people running around as Lego Starwars characters.

13 Days Till New H2 maps

As a follow up to my post from before here is a look at the next map, Terminal. I think that this is going to be a fun map for CTF and Assult. I can't wait to start playing around with the Hogs and Ghosts on this level.
Relic is the next map to be featured on Bungie.

19 Days till New H2 Maps!!!

For those of you who don't know it, Bungie is releasing a total of 9 new multiplayer maps for Halo 2. Four of these were already been released in May, videos can be seen here, and the final 5 to be released on July 5.
On their webpage they are releasing info about the new maps 1 at a time every week. Two of these are already out and you can see them here:

The other 3, listed below will be linked to the info page when they become available.

  • Gemini
  • Relic
  • Terminal

So far Backwash looks to be a a good map to play but I think that Relic and Terminal are going to be a fave among players.

Next to be showcased I believe will be Terminal.

Now if only a couple of people I know would get Xbox Live we could rule the world... no wait a minute...rule the.....ummm, I don't know you fill in the _______!!!!

Maddening Cow-prit!?!?!?

So light has recently been shed on to a case of mad-cow disease in a bovine that was cleared of the disease before by USDA officials. New tests using the most reliable testing methods have been conducted, the results are here and here.
Let's just hop e that our Canadian government is a s quick to respond with a ban on US beef as they were to ban ours.
And yes, today is a slow day at work!!

14 Doves for 14 Not Guilty(s)

So the verdict has come down and the King of Pop has been found not guilty on all accounts of child molestation. While I don't think that he is or isn't guilty on these charges I do think that he is guilty of being a man with a queer affection for little boys and what's up with that chin!!! I mean it looks lie he has a couple of ass cheeks on the end of his face! If people didn't know who he was they would probably think that he was some perverted psycho that preyed on little boys and tried to get them into his bed with promises of finding Neverland............

but a jury of his peers found him not guilty and who are we to say that he is. In reference to the title, a fan released 14 doves upon hearing that MJ was found not guilty on all 14 counts.

Rainfully Rain

So lately I have been hearing a lot about the weather and how we have been having too much rain!! All I have to say to that is, at least it isn't snow. Can you just imagine that. I think the number is up to something like 109 mm(millimeters for you imperial people) of rain over the past 5 days. 109 mm, that equals oh to be about 11 cm(centimeters for non-metric folk) or about about; lets see carry the 2, divide by the square root of pi........ about 4.3 inches of rain. I mean wow, how do we put up with this kind of weather? I think that we should all just pack our bags and move to the mid-west states where the annual rain fall is more like 10 inches for an entire year. I mean, I this was snow how would people get around. We would all be stuck in our homes, not able to go anywhere, power lines could have fallen, internet could be down and heaven forbid that!!! How would we cope living a mundane existence like that!!! With no way to contact the outside world we would resort to the animals that we evolved from. Total anarchy would rule the earth, dogs and children would be fighting in the streets. North and South Korea would get along and this man would be the greatest thing since sliced bread!!

A.K.A. - Camp Howling Wind

Ah well another May long weekend has come and we headed off to the Great Outdoors.
This year, like the ones before we were heading for the Waterton area. Alas this year there was only 2 amigos and myself cause Schmunky is in fair NS furthering his edumacation(that's right I said edumacation. This years brave campers were none other then Clawmonkey, Zibby Dah, and yours truly, Jingo. Ahh there's nothing like hittng the open road with a somewhat unknown destination ahead of you. It brings out that...whole...unknown...destination...thing...???
So anywho, away we went loaded down with all the essentials needed to make this trip as good as sliced bread. First thing first, we stop of at the Evil Empire to pick up some food and these.
I have to say that they made the drive down to Waterton that much more enjoyable. Especially when we held the probably first ever 2 car Texas Hold'Em game thanks to them.

All in all the weekend was a good time with many a bevvy drank and many a leaf rolled. The highlight was golfing in the hurricane that the locals called a beautiful spring day. At one point I thought that Zibby and I were going to take flight in our cart.

I hop eto soon have a webpage up to display some of the pics from the weekend.,
